Great web host - sites are always up
I am happy to be a hostwinds client. They know what they do. Their support helped me with setup and installing some scripts. I went for the annual business option, and I got started within minutes of purchasing the plan. Nice prices for their hosting plan

Reliable hosting provider
They provide me with reliable hosting (ssd) services. My site (forums, mostly) gets traffic around the clock, and within the last several months, there have only been about 7 minutes of downtime (split between two days). I've seen the addition of features

Never had any bother with Hostwinds. I have a personal webpage with them for several years and never had any bother at all. I can't answer for the customer support because I've never had to ring them!
