I use HSTQ for a media analytics and video transcoding project. We purchased a dedicated server with NVMe and a 10 Gbps port, and they helped us migrate our environment and set up RAID. In six months, we haven't experienced any critical I/O drops, and our requests are resolved promptly. We also paid extra for an IPv4 subnet, which was activated on the same day. Overall, we're enjoying stability and predictable budget management without any surprises.

During a short DC power event they were transparent, posted timelines, and granted fair compensation. That level of communication is why we consolidated here. Anonymous billing via crypto is a plus.
