Where customer service fails at the top
I have used this company since 2015 off and on, I left them last year for another hosting provider due to having a lot of ips block their range. poor customer service one to avoid

Stay away from this company!!!
They are sham. Billed for continuing service and I never contacted them. Peter on chat line was absolutely useless in helping me resolve the incorrect charge. Telephone number found on facebook page is a granite company!! Minus rating unactive

My experience with Hudson Valley Hosts
Rented a Basic Hybrid Server for $20/mo 2 x 2.4GHz 8GB 200GB HDD 10 TB 5 IPs.
Server has been up for near a month now, 1 small down time since (network not server) and I am extremely happy with the service.

On part service at much lower price
There are reviews back and forth about hvh. My experience has been good. They have treated me fairly. They have not "given away" anything but feel I got what I payed for. There were no tricks or hidden fees. The price paid was what was promised.

BYUERS BE AWARE !!! Very Bad Hosting Provider
there entire IP range is blacklisted on Spamhaus SBL , not for sending SPAM but for sending ALL kinds of viruses and malware ,see here:
