They never answer tickets. Completely useless.
The service however was fairly reliable except for a few days of downtime a year.

Websites are down and Losing Data
Since last Oct 2023, my websites have been experiencing issues - always down and one of them, they have reported to be gone! We noticed that we have been losing customer emails because our websites are down. The website that they said they could not find anymore was recently revamped earlier this year and is worth 5-6 worth of work - it was a blog.

If they lose your data, is it ever more than one star?
I bought their service years ago with a Black Friday special. I kept it for several years, often fighting with them when they would do something stupid and my VPS would randomly go offline. Several times they had to go in and do "something" behind the scenes to make it work.
This last time, they completely lost my data. Just gone. No apologies, no refunds, no notice, just GONE. They refused to refund when asked. They had a hardware failure, and no plans for what to do when that happens. The most telling thing is that they didn't seem to think losing data was a big deal. Zero stars overall. Avoid since uptime and reliability is EVERYTHING to a website.

Huge mess in billing
I am their customer for over 3 yrs, but since 4 months my accounts are suspended and i am charged for that. I just saw the statements today and they are not ready to refund or answer any query.

Worst Hosting Provider
you get what you paid for, pay CHEAP get the WORST service.
I thought i would get at least a decent service for the price from this hosting, I guess I was wrong, it is the worst.

Would not even give them one star
Terrible Company. They terminated my 15 thousand dollar website whilst i was in hospital. Now my business has gone under.
They add late fees and the hosting is terrible . Full of Spam and blackouts.

i have 200+ VPSes currently but can say Hudson are most reliable and stable ever from them all, unbeatable uptime. And negative reviews here - absolutely fake by insidious people: posted on several review sites as copy&paste but under different names

Sites are always down! Seo Ranks Plummeted
A site that was earning approx $200/mo from affiliate commissions plus another that was earning $100/mo plus multiple others every time i check they are down. Can not connect to database. I've rebuilt one site 3x now due to this lack of security

Worse Hosting company ever!
Slow Dedicated Servers, I faced a lot of issues like machine being offline without any reason! And I've contracted an Unmanaged Enterprise Dedicated Server with DDOS Protection, and was the worse experience I've been in all my life, under 1mo and I change

These guys have no clue what is hosting business is. No matter how much you pay them, you'll get back poor service and disrespectfulness.
