Say Goodnight to Your Site!
I have been a long time customer of Innerplanet, since they had their lone office in Vancouver, WA. Over the years and expansion to multiple sites, they have lost their edge regarding the smaller business' sites. Our traffic is not high due to us being a startup, that however should not mean that they lose out site, the error being"Could not include the bootstrap.php. One of the reasons could be open_basedir restriction !"
When I contacted them (multiple times) the tech- must be 1 tech for all inquiries, states that he will send it up to admin- crickets, then they closed the ticket!!! I reopened the ticket, had to regain access to my Cpanel...all of my site and all the files were GONE...noting left...so I am left without a site, without the files onboard to rebuild my site, useless tech support- yet they are still billing! Do yourself a favor, go to a hosting provider who is still hungry for the little business', who still cares- because obviously Innerplanet no longer does.
