frustrated that I had to go though so many hoops to get a phone call.
please read ALL of this email...
I am and accountant and one of your current Resellers... I and many of my clients are NOT tech savvy and your systems are Now, frustrating and unfortunately that makes your company one that I can NOT recommend to my clients, Customers Service is the #1 reason I "used to" refer clients to Insync. I am a reseller for you and will NOT be able to recommend any other clients to Summit due to the change in customer service. NO phone number to call just a ticketing system with frustrating responses is NOT going to draw clients to your service. There are many bad reviews that I have read recently and changed NEED to be make for me to continue with this service. "service" business have to have good "customer service" and NO phone number or live people will be the demise of this company.

Always Down
We have now been unable to access our files for 24 hours with no end in sight. I can't wait to leave this 'service'. The connection frequently ends and I constantly have to contact them for updates because we are unable to manage our own downloads. Awful.

Been down for 3 days
We have not been able to access our remote QB files for 3 days and it has cost us thousands! Called multiple times and get told a different story from everyone we talk to. No one can give an estimate of when it will be back up! Horrible experience!

No service for 2 days and no one in the company seems to have any idea what is going on. Frightening. If you're considering using Insynq, DON'T!

They were answering live chat in the morning and by mid day had run for cover and went to auto answer on chat and phone lines.

Nothing But Problems with Insynq
I've never been able to log on and do a complete transaction in Quickbooks. Tech support can't help me and won't even provide me with a chat log. They have charged me for 4 months and I've received zero... Been a nightmare... I'm going directly to Intuit

Failed to do their back-ups and data corruption cost us thousands....
Had an issue where Insynq has acknowledged that a backup failed on their end. This resulted in us losing financial data and it cost us thousands of dollars to have the information rekeyed and checked. DO NOT USE INSYNQ FOR BUSINESS CRITICAL FUNCTIONS!

Terrible service so far
Just joined Insynq, regret it already. Have not been able to have any of our technical problems resolved, have to reach out to them regularly resulting in lost time and productivity. Serious speed issues, terrible experience.
