I am and accountant and one of your current Resellers... I and many of my clients are NOT tech savvy and your systems are Now, frustrating and unfortunately that makes your company one that I can NOT recommend to my clients, Customers Service is the #1 reason I "used to" refer clients to Insync. I am a reseller for you and will NOT be able to recommend any other clients to Summit due to the change in customer service. NO phone number to call just a ticketing system with frustrating responses is NOT going to draw clients to your service. There are many bad reviews that I have read recently and changed NEED to be make for me to continue with this service. "service" business have to have good "customer service" and NO phone number or live people will be the demise of this company.
