It's very simple. Your data is not safe here. We wanted to change to our own internal exchange servers, the this company refused to give us our data. Shameful!!!!!

To be honest I tried hosting with many providers, but only Intermedia's web hosting fits all the criteria that I was looking for and seems to have everything I need. I've been hosting with them for about 1 year, and have never experienced any downtime.

After 11 month's we couldn't take it anymore. The tech support is the worst I have encountered anywhere. As for customer service, we were threatened to stop complaining or they would cancel our account - I have it recorded - you wouldn't believe it.

Downtime is their trade mark. Support is incompetent and they don't care. I moved form a shared plan to a semi-dedicated only to get more problems. It cost me time and credibility because we are a web based company.

My whole company in 3 countries is unable to send or receive any email. Intermedia's exchange servers are down, once again, and I'm done using them. When I signed up, I didn't realize that they only offer email support out of another country at night.

One word describes Intermedia.net's service: DOWNTIME. This week, we haven't been able to get email as their servers can't handle the sheer volume of inbound email. What kind of nickel-dime operation is this? And their support people couldn't care less.
