They Suck
Cut and past from prior dated. Same story. Emails repeatedly getting bounced back due to poor reputation of server. Don't respond to emails. Don't return phone calls. Don't respond to online support tickets.
Also, emails from their servers are blocked in China. If you need to communicate with China, you are out of luck.
I am switching to new hosting company.

Don't use Internet Planners LLC
I've owned my domain name since 2007. They were fine at the start but in recent years they have become uncontactable and therefore completely unhelpful. I can't access their website to correct wrong info, and they never reply to requests for support

I have been waiting for a response from these guys for over a year. I am trying to transfer my domain. My mailbox is full and I cannot access my emails. Terrible, no service at all and overpriced.

It's a joke
We received an email to renew, clicked on link, came up to an error page. Finally got to their web site tried to log in, didn't work, sent in several request for a password update, no reply. called several times got no answer.

Absolutely Atrocious!
Try to update Icann information Using their interface… Absolutely terrible experience… Doesn't work errors out every time. Sent several support tickets so far no response. Left several phone messages and no call back at all at this point.

Been waiting MONTHS to get my Domain name released
Numerous phone calls, and 'service tickets' to get our domain EPP/Transfer Auth. code to go to Go Daddy. NO RESPONSE!!!!!!

Dom renew reminder link page fail, support & follow up pages int server errors Google links non existent pages phone supp op gave up her comp slow not working unable to raise her own support ticket. Taken money but no conf of renewal day before expiry

Control panel is good. Price is excellent. I haven't noticed server down.
