Avoid this provider at all cost
My domain was due and i did not get any reminder notification. Domain status as put under Redemption and my website was not available without any further notifications. Once i found out i immediately paid to prolong the domain but the status did not change. I got in touch with the support, the guys ( karen) said that it should be done automatically once is paid. Once i mentioned i already paid for awhile but the domain status was still unchanged, the guy stopped responding and disappeared. Im gonna move all my domains from here, and would suggest to avoid this provider at all cost.
