They don't work weekends. Or evenings.
I used to be with a company called Skymarket, who were great, but they were taken over by Internetters. I've had nothing but problems since, mainly with my email. The big problem with the company is that they don't work evenings or weekends.

My package was transferred when they bought out a rival company Skymarket ( who were fantastic) but instead of updating my service they gave me a lesser package and charged me double the cost of their own package which is actually better. AVOID

Terrible support and service - AVOID
Absolutely shocking customer service. You can go days without a reply to a support ticket, if you try calling often they will never answer, and if they do after a severely long wait and high phone bill they are rarely able to help. AVOID

I switched away from Internetters due to a nightmare of unreturned phone calls and unresolved tickets when I tried to renew my service and Internetters made a mistake. Appalling customer service.
