Has improved considerable, likely through more then close ties with Moloch Google.
Customer support both sales and tech depend on the luck of the draw.
Mostly unhelpful to the border of rudeness aided by lack of language skills and tech knowledge.

Terrible Service with Uneducated Support
Awful service. Client asked for a website transfer to new domain, they LEFT THE OLD SITE LIVE meaning she had duplicate content for months. Three times contacted support and dismissed actual problem with ridiculous and unedcated answers. V. Frustrating.

Downtown from the first day signing up, rude customer service
From the very first day I signed up, their server in Boston was down for several hours. The upload speed was very slow. On top of that, their customer service is extremely rude. They cut you off in the middle of the conversation. I canceled. Never again.
