Terrible experience from the beginning
Worst customer service and technical support on the planet. Not timely with help support by email. Never available via phone when issue is urgent. Can't believe these folks are still in business.

When you need help, they are nowhere to be found
Several phone calls to tech support, only to a recorded message, no return call. Customer service chat, can't solve a technical question... need to contact tech support. Unable to login. 15 hours without email while trying to run a virtual business

Terrible Customer Service
If you want to do business with a company that is unreachable by phone and responds to technical support requests when they feel like it, sign up with these guys. Also, transferring domain from them is a pain staking process. Stay away.

Mediocre Service & Value - Poor Email Service
Customer support is poor -- they close trouble tickets without resolving the problem or contacting the customer to see if the problem is resolved. Email is sporadic -- sometimes it will take 24 hours or more for email notes to be processed by the server

We host the Canadian Franchise Directory at ISQ Solutions. We've been with them for 3 years now and their service has been very reliable. It cost us only $20/month and we'll continue to host with them for years to come.
