Service is terrible, i was going to move from LFC hosting who have been great, but a bit costly. Not any more.. IX just dont care, their web chat is pretty bad, in phone queue for ages..

I have been using the hosting services provided by IXwebhosting from November 2004 and am still using them.
I have found their support great, uptime top notch and never experienced difficulties or problems that could not be solved. IX is the best.

Support is great. Down a little more often than I'd like (about once per week for a few minutes). A little slow.

This service is a complete joke, with downtime of over 12 hours at a time (weekly), countless email problems and tech support who don't care I say do not waste your time and money with this company.

I've had IX Web for over a year, so far has been great choice for budget web hosting. Great features, no hassles, friendly, helpful service, very reliable servers.
