A Once Good Host Now Gone to the Dogs
We hosted with Jodohost for over 20 years. In the beginning, they were great, with a lively forum and really engaged staff. As the years passed, however, things slowly deteriorated, but trouble tickets were still answered reasonably quickly enough, even if their systems we obviously outdated and quirky at best. Notwithstanding the annoyances and pricing that was on the high side, we kept with them, as migrating hundreds of sites and databases and thousands of email accounts would be a monumental hassle. Then, in July 2020, their neglect and indifference led to a massive ransomware attack that resulted in the loss of all data across a wide swathe of their network. The network was completely down for days. Adding insult to injury, they had no offline backups for much of the lost data. Their attitude was one of frustrated indifference during this tragedy and response time was measured in weeks. Stay away. Stay far, far away…

Awful service and support
Just cancelled our Windows account with them after 10+ years, my only regret we didn't do it earlier. Some of their Windows servers were hacked almost 2 months ago as they assert and most of the clients accounts were gone along with their backups and no option for account restoration was provided. Support response time is very slow which paired with their Indian support makes solving an issue (if at all) a real challenge.

Stay away from this mob - bad support and email uptime.
Over this time I have had a number of problems with their servers but I accept from time to time this happens. However I cannot accept email being down for 3 and often 5-6 hours. Support is in India and it is BAD!!
I am leaving.

Chronically Blacklisted Mail Servers
After yrs of reliable service and great support, I'm forced to find another hosting company. Jodo's mail servers are suffering from serious blacklisting problems that they have been unable to resolve. My customers are not able to reliably send email.

I'm pretty happy with them. Few times I had to wait for a while for their online tech support, but other then that customer support is good.
