This is the longest downtime I've seen in more than 10 years. I'm afraid they are bankrupt and their power has been shut off. We may never see our web data again. This is a crisis.

The worst experience ever
I can not put in simple words how frustrated I am with this company. Tech support is useless, no access to management.. losing business. stway away from this company!

No communication
We have been JTLNet customers for several years, both using VPS and dedicated servers. More and more outages over the past couple years. No communication from tech-support about network status. No explanation of outages. We are moving on. Be warned.

They used to be good
Been a customer of JTLnet for about 8 years. They used to be great, but not anymore. I'm trying to hang on because the thought of moving all my sites is daunting, but I don't think I can deal with the unreliability much longer. Steer clear.

I've been on JTLNet for over a year now. Great pricing. Uptime is fantastic. Calling in for billing support is poor. Calling for tech support is poor too, but the trouble ticket system always gets quick response.
