Two years of great service
I have used Just Host for two years now, and has been great for me personally. I learned a while ago to use the live chat feature, and anything can be resolved pretty quickly.

JustHost, the worst hosting service!
This JustHost hosting service was the worst I ever hired today!
To begin with, they take up more than a day to answer a ticket, and if you want a faster customer service you have to pay for it!

Astounding value for money - unlimited everything & fully featured. We run 4 large websites on our shared hosting, plus at least a dozen microsites, and have only had one 2hr outage in two years. They're rather keen on upselling but otherwise perfect host

I use Just Host, the price is great and the speed is good. My only complaint would be in their customer service area as sometimes it takes a little longer than I would like to get a reply by email, but considering all the upsides I think it is still best.
