I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared.
I cancelled the auto-renewal for my domain girlbosscolorado.com, yet I was charged twice for a domain that should have been cancelled. I also paid $30 USD for my annual hosting — a legitimate payment for a service I wanted to keep active.
When I disputed the duplicate domain charge through PayPal (which PayPal ruled in my favor), the company retaliated by cancelling my hosting, even though that charge was never part of the dispute.
When I contacted support to have my hosting restored, this was the actual response I received from their general manager:
“You have opened PayPal dispute. This damages our reputation with PayPal.
You pay us $2/mo and we will not risk any hassle or risks associated with this service.”

That message says everything you need to know about how this company treats its customers. Instead of addressing a clear billing mistake, they blamed me for using PayPal's buyer protection and punished me by cancelling a service I had already paid for.
The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for basic customer service is astounding. I strongly advise anyone considering KnownSRV to look elsewhere — this company does not stand behind its billing integrity or its customers.
