multiple issue with hosting services
major issue while hosting with them is customer support
their live chat work only for sales department but when you initiate chat support with tech department they seems unresponsive and lack of knowledge in the end they suggest to open ticket

Relatively Unknown but Shoudln't Be
I'm a veteran ex-developer who has hosted with a few companies: fast comet, wooservers, and site ground. All are good, but leap switch is better. Have yet to see the site down.

Awesome service
I had to migrate my site from my old host, and leapswitch did a super job in setting a good hosting server and migrating. Always helpful and try to give more than they promise. Communication is always available via 24/7 chats or by email. Reliable people.

Great support, terrible server reliability
Let me preface by saying Leapswitch had one of the best customer support teams I've ever seen. However, when you have to contact them once a month about your site going down, it starts to get tiresome. Jumped ship as soon as my hosting expired.
