I've been using this company for years now and very rarely need to contact them but on the odd occasion that I do, their support team have always been able to sort out my queries. Today was no exception, friendly and efficient as usual, my issue was resolved in just a few minutes. Service is always spot-on and support emails are always answered quickly and to the point. No complaints at all.
