I would not even consider a move or another hosting platform.
I have been with Legionbox since 2017. They have never fallen short of amazing. The support staff typically does not need our notifications something is not working - they are already on it. In the event we do need to open a case, those cases are solved near instantly and with grace. I would not even consider a move or another hosting platform.
