Rip-off
I was customer of cloudsites(Rackspace). 1 year after Liquidweb bought it, I am leaving due to
1. No Panel integration ( you will have 3 to 4 different ones)
2. the way they charge for email accounts that do not exists.

Heroes, lacking some superpower
The support is excellent, especially if you ask the right answers. The ownership change has reduced the speed of feedback (but not the quality of it) , but is still above the average. Speeds could be better, but are OK for the price range.

Don't ask for timely help
Used to be that these folks proveided over the top support.
My understanid is new ownership came in and decided to cut the level of awesomeness.
We grew to really count on them over the years. Now there just a step uo fro godaddy

Expensive but excellent support
Liquid web is quite expensive when compared to other services but their tech support is excellent. Precise and very fast on all responses, always helpfull.

If you want a default installation, these are your guys, if you need a high capacity server, they have no clue.
