LiveHost is the best hosting company I have found. I have been through so many I couldn't keep up with count. The biggest plus about this company is they will answer any question and don't give the "we don't answer code related questions". Every question

I definitely rate LiveHost.net as a 4.0 in all the above categories. I especially note their personal involvement and concern for their customers and their immediate effort to keep the customer informed. This performanc is important to me as a webmaster.
Company Response: Even in the case of technical difficulties (and I can't pretend these never happen) we try to keep our clients informed.
