Repeated email and cPanel failure
There is no way to call and directly work with Logicweb. They have few support categories and you can only submit tickets for one of those categories.

The most frequent reply to a malfunction that regarding a website and/or email failure is that they don't have that problem so it is your fault. End communication.

Basically, the only Users for Logicweb should start out with the ability to design and build their own servers, etc.

Great for WordPress hosting with their SSD standard plans. A few things stand or is their spam expert filtering which no one else has. Servers are fast and support is just as fast and friendly. Best host I've had thus far.
