Awful company. Their down time is way beyond their stated 99.9% uptime. My site has been down probably 7-10 full days within a 4 month period. They truly promise you the world before you sign up...but once they have you they could care less. Avoid them!

If you have an emergency - you might wait the whole day (even more) to get something fixed on their side.
Technical support is awful. Same with a customer support. They will do anything to get you in but later nobody cares.

we had problems over a 2-month period, in that our code got printed out even though the JVM was up and running. this happened periodically accross the entire site. since the site was still giving a 200 response code, we lost all pages in Google (>100,000)

I've been with Lunarpages for a number of years now and I can only recall one short outage. Their uptime is excellent to say the least. I like that they offer phone support in addition to tickets. They're a-OK.
