We switched on a Monday and setup went smoothly. After that is was all downhill fast. Within 2 weeks I had to move to another host because we could not get spam controlled. Had multiple calls/tickets but my last ticket sat for 17+ hours without a response

They have a 1% CPU limit on shared accounts - doesn't take much to exceed that if you run any sort of perl, php, anything. And they won't tell you about it upfront - they'll wait until just a few days after you go live and cut you off!

hani server crashed Oct 2007, wiped my site clean restore back ups were corrupted. I had to reload everything. offer was a USD16 voucher redeemable in Oct 2008!!. Truly Pathetic Pity coz I hosted 5 sites with Now I know better. Charles

Incredible but truth. They give you what they promised. I doubt it at first glance.

I just don't understand how they give that much for a little price. Sometimes I think they do not gibe that 3GB monthly trabsfeer but there no way to find out.
