No issues whatsoever
Been a member since 2012.Number of downtime is 1 and that was for email service which I was informed via email. While their main focus is not hosting I find it decent enough for hosting, Registration and setup is pretty much straight forward.

Good customer service
Their main business is not hosting, they mainly provide Intellectual Property services, having said that, I haven't had any problems yet with my hosting for two years. Also their customer service is very fast to reply.

If you are running "small" websites like I'm (under 100k visits per month), this is a very good option. TheService is very eficient, and the server haven't give me any problems yet. The control panel for the share hosting is managed with plesk.
