Frustrated With Their Incompetence
Their domain name service used to be okay, but they've gone from just adequate to bad to WORST EVER. They're still using a very outdated and inefficient messaging service to communicate with. It's like pulling teeth to get them to unlock my domain name and give me an Auth Code. I keep getting the runaround and they still haven't unlocked my domain after going back and forth with them over a 40-day period. Still no resolution! The reason I was forced to switch the domain registrar is because they told me they will no longer service my domain because I'm not using them as my website host. Stay as far away as you can from them. They don't know what the hell they're doing.
