Review of the Melbicom cloud technology provider - Good!
Good day, reader! I started using this cloud technology provider more than a year and a half ago. Based on this fact, I decided to leave a detailed review. I would like to inform you that everything I have written is a subjective and purely personal opinion, I am only conveying information to potential clients and the response of company representatives.
Advantages:
+ Quality, reliability and stability. Performance and speed - the options included in the tariff plan for any of the ordered services correspond to those stated. (Resources are allocated, and components are common, but without strict restrictions for client use. Excellent wide communication channels. They offer modern, well-proven solutions, constant improvements to improve the quality of services, expanding the geography of distribution, which cannot but please!)
Disadvantages:
- Problem with setting up automatic payment cycles through the customer's personal account - it is not possible to link bank cards from the payment aggregator (it occurs with some cards - I notified about the problem, it was confirmed, they are working on a solution, but it turned out to connect what was planned through the bank, and on the provider's side it is kindly processed by the financial department);
Difficulties with passing payment for services / closing invoices issued by payment gateways. (There is also a need to expand payment methods for e-commerce)
Conclusion: the Melbicom cloud technology provider is, in my opinion, the leading one on the market, which truly does not make abstract promises, but performs the work qualitatively and undoubtedly deserves your attention to the choice of the range of services provided!
