Very pleased VPS customer for many years. The customer service is top notch, with 24/7 online chat support . Whenever I had a hosting problem (which is very rare, just to be sure), they've resolved it instantly.

Livechat available 24/7
My email appeared to be spamming people. I connected to livechat and they offered to set up something to prevent it happening, thanked me for reporting it and had it done within a few hours. Livechat available 24/7
