I don't understand the bad reviews
I've been their client for 2 weeks with a Linux VPS. My server has been up 100% of the time.

I also wrote a few support tickets and they responded within a few hours.

So far I'm very happy with them.

Great patience with customers. Great support!
Although MonoVM team can take a little time to reply sometimes, but their support when responded can be resolved immediately and reliable.
I hope they culd do something abt the response time.

HORRIBLE Service and Fake
It's the worst company that I've seen , it's a fake small company renting They're located in Iran and terrorism . supports often write Persian wrongly .1gbits.com is their second website.

I bought a VPS Server and the server goes off every minute and they have refused to refund me.

They cost me pain.

Why I did not read the reviews before?
A couple of months ago, I ordered a dedicated server, I was given the wrong tariff, which was changed for 2 weeks.
The server lagged, and then stopped connecting.
I lost more than $ 500. Who will compensate me for this loss?

paid domain but can not use it

after paying the domain, my registration was lost, the support says that they sent a new link to the mail. But the mail is empty, the old link does not work either. I still can not use the domain that I purchased

i paid for domain with payza it was great!
i dont think they are scamming i find them in google because payza is a payment option and i paid and get my domain in the same second...

STAY AWAY!!!!!!
They gave me a dedicated server with a fake windows licence!!!
The server is down every hour!!!!!!!
