I purchased their reseller services and ran into a number of issues. The biggest issue was with their customer service and the unprofessional manner in which Gary Jones handled the situation.

The Worst web host ever. I think they are based in someones garage. The tech support is useless. The downtime is daily. I have nothing good to say about this host at all.

We had frequent downtimes of hours at a time. Switched to a better host and MH charged my credit card for another year, claiming I agreed to it! They were unhelpful and rude, and I did NOT get my money back!

Support response times are fast and servers are great.

Don't be lured by the cheap prices - these guys STINK. They're rude and worse yet, they don't pass a basic Qualys security scan, so forget about running any kind of web business, because any hacker can intrude and take your site down. Bunch of amateurs.
