Absolutely fantastic support!
We recently moved all of our mail onto a VPS, and the support team was fantastic when we needed help sorting out the bits and getting our SSL properly configured.

Rapid Vps
I have only been with this host since early March of 2015, but in my time with them, I have had excellent customer support, fast response times to any issues on the VPS and even had the tech team jump in and help me on some things I couldn't figure out.
