Shocking Customer Services
I have been a Reseller with this lot for years and found even the smallest task was always a nightmare. Unhelpful and terrible customer service. Faults too many to name. Even a nightmare to leave them which I have finally. Never been happier. Absolute rubbish service

This place is a JOKE!
By far the worst hosting provider we have ever used. Their internal network broke our site.
It doesn't matter if you have a managed account or not... you can always count on their support to be pretty, well... un-supporting.

Constant outages do not use this company for hosting.
Our website which accepts payments from customers and is used as a booking and management tool for venues is down for the second day due to a problem with their email servers.
I would not recommend this company at all.

Great Hosting Company
I have been with Netcetera since 1998 and cannot say a bad word about them.
The support staff are very helpful and friendly and reply to tickets very quickly.
Highly recommended.

Complete rubbish
This hosting provides poor packages, poor service, and won't refund you.
Company Response: We are always happy to act upon client feedback. In this instance the domain used for the review does not exist. Our offer of a full refund is available as per our T&C's. We hope the reviewer will get in touch so we can investigate the situation further.

This company are a bunch of fools avoid them like the plague.
Unable to sort out only the basic problems. Now 4 days into a very basic problem I have, and they are still mumbling rubbish and the simple fault still remains.
Company Response: In this instance our technicians assisted the client even after we had established that the issue was not down to our hosting. We would still be happy to help if the client would like to get in touch.

NETCETERA ARE SCAMMERS
I have raised 10 tickets of concern. Each response show a complete lack of understanding by the company. The only response has been 'is it working now'. To ask me if a problem on their server is working would show a complete lack of understanding.
Company Response: Hi Garry, always sorry to hear that a client has had an issue. I have investigated this and I believe our tech team liaised very quickly even establishing that the problem was not a hardware issue. We would still be happy to help if we can.

Netcetera set new standards in rubbish!!
3 mo of 1 problem per fortnight. 54 hrs through this particular outage. RAID controller ko'ed SAN!!! They consider it a 'minor issue' because it doesn't affect all servers, even though it affected EVERY customer for 12hrs & still affects shared hosting.
Company Response: This issue was investigated quickly and affected a very small number of clients,those that were affected were compensated and 24/7 support provided to help with any difficulties caused. The majority thanking us for our honesty and support.
