I do not even know where to start - this has been a disaster from the word go. I provided them with copies of bills for and the service that I was currently receiving they told me my service was sub standard and old and they could provide me with the latest technology. Currently I pay them 52% more for the completely same set up - except now my service is terrible, has been since installation in September, and now I also have to pay them $150.00 if I want the to change something - this was something that was totally free with my previous supplier - that was On The net - COULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM MORE HIGHLY - they delivered me exactly what they sold me - UNLIKE NETHOSTER.

i'm a business owner that does a large share of revs via email. my email/website often down. at least once every 10 days. The explanation that was given to me "resetting servers/system." totally unexceptable. i'll be moving to another hosting service.

Moved server without notification, changed administrative URL's for email and Frontpage access - no notification. No 24 hour help desk. Sub webs messed up. Leave a message at 7:30 pm on Friday evening. Not the first time this has happened.

Company Response: NetHosters account owners are ALWAYS notified prior to any account changes. This particular gentleman was not an authorized contact for the account. He was sub-leasing space on the server from our client, who was definitely informed.
