They're very accommodating, they also give me suggestions on how I can improve my site and the rankings. I've never had any problem with my hosting, they really take care of you and I'm so glad I came across them.

Amazing service!
Back then, I was looking for a hosting company that could actually understand my needs and I am happy to have found nethoster.com.au. Very accommodating and they thoroughly explained what the next steps needed to take so I really felt secure. Amazing team and very professional!

i'm a business owner that does a large share of revs via email. my email/website often down. at least once every 10 days. The explanation that was given to me "resetting servers/system." totally unexceptable. i'll be moving to another hosting service.

Moved server without notification, changed administrative URL's for email and Frontpage access - no notification. No 24 hour help desk. Sub webs messed up. Leave a message at 7:30 pm on Friday evening. Not the first time this has happened.
Company Response: NetHosters account owners are ALWAYS notified prior to any account changes. This particular gentleman was not an authorized contact for the jb-3.com account. He was sub-leasing space on the server from our client, who was definitely informed.

BAD:
-uptime 11/2004 to 07/2006=99.65%
-moved server without notifying me
-transferred domain registrar without asking
-only 100MB space - email db - software - logs = very
Company Response: While it's true that we migrated to a new registrar, client always had ability to manage his domain. Client had 100GB, not 100MB. Lastly, our uptime is reported as 99.99% by http://uptime.netcraft.com
