WORST DECISION OF OUR LIVES SIGNING WITH THID COMPANY
I do not even know where to start - this has been a disaster from the word go. I provided them with copies of bills for and the service that I was currently receiving they told me my service was sub standard and old and they could provide me with the latest technology. Currently I pay them 52% more for the completely same set up - except now my service is terrible, has been since installation in September, and now I also have to pay them $150.00 if I want the to change something - this was something that was totally free with my previous supplier - that was On The net - COULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM MORE HIGHLY - they delivered me exactly what they sold me - UNLIKE NETHOSTER.
