Horrible Technical Support - Broken Website
I called OChosting.com to redirect a "non-www." URL to a "www." URL and after falsely claiming that they successfully completed this task; took down my website completely. The website was down for over 24 hours until I had to fix their mistake myself!

Without a doubt, the most incompetent tech and sales support crew I've ever dealt with. Simple requests are like pulling teeth. You will wait on hold for hours on end. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.

OCHosting is the worst I have come across by far! My clients site go down usually once every two months as a result of a mistake made by this company. The pain involved in working with this company to resolve issues is tremendous! It usually takes days.
