Unparalleled Support Received
I was struggling with installing Wordpress in cPanel and couldn't figure
out what to do. I spent a lot of time trying to find the solution, but couldn't.
Finally, I just thought about going to offshorededicated.net support with my issue.
In the beginning, I was certain that this wasn't a tech support problem.
It was just something that I wasn't doing right. I took a chance.
Well, much to my delight and pleasant surprise, Jenny Fera, Tech
Support Team, promptly messaged me for more information. Once
she understood what I was trying to do, she quickly went to work and
did what was needed and according to how I wanted it done.
I was blown away at the speed, expertise and the level of detail she
explained what she did to accomplish the solution. I am deeply grateful
that Jenny took the time and effort to solve the situation for me.
I have to say, I simply have not had this level of support from a Hosting
provider. Thank you very much Jenny for a terrific customer
