Terrible Support
After using OzHostings Hosted Exchange Server service to provide email for our 15 users for some years we migrated to Office 365. After several months most of our users lost 3 months worth of email and we asked for help in determining the cause. Despite overwhelming evidence including data contained in local backups we had made, OzHosting refused to investigate the issue in any meaningful way and simply kept saying that their server traces proved that our users had not received any email during the time period in question so it could not have been lost!!!Terrible Technical Support and I recommend that you go direct to Microsoft for Outlook 365 rather than through OzHosting who will not help you if you need it.
