Poor server hosting
I have been hosting with PingPerfect for some time now.
It started great without any issues.
The server was stable and game play was great.
The longer I have been using their services the worse the service started to get.
The server is perfectly fine, no issues, no glitches however the provider or host is utterly poor.
PingPerfect gaming servers are unstable and have endless issues.
They will disconnect you without a warning to do maintenance.
They will spin you a load of crap and make it feel as If they are doing you a favour.
They won't consider refunds or compensation for ruining the server name and being the cause of fewer people on the server.

I for one do not recommend this company.
Rather look for another server provider that actually looks after their clients.

They are rather expensive compared to their competitors but you do not get much for the steep price.

Waste of time carnt even hsot a server
Basically they can be great on responding to ticket but little else, there hosting is unreliable with many server now below 70% up time as they carnt seem to keep there hosting online. No way near Ping perfect as greater than 300ms for a locally hosted

These guys are basically a scam.
I bought an Ark server from these guys with high hopes. Very expensive, I figured they would follow up with a great service.

Their customer support was none existent and worse yet, they won't even refund me after a day of having the server. Stay Away.

Not bad could be better.
As a whole their TS servers are lower cost and fairly reliable, The TeamSpeak does go down on occasion for hours, With seemingly no reason, at that point the Control panel is inaccessible to even restart the service.
All in all OK for the price.

I was a customer of Perfect Ping's from March 06 to April 2009 and I have to say it was one of the most pleasant experiences. Their servers are extremely reliable, support is great, servers are fast!
