The best customer service.
I've been with Planethoster for about 5 years and have hosted many sites and clients with them. They by far have the best customer service from any of the hosting companies I have worked with between my sites and my clients' sites. You can't beat the service and price and the ease of use of their services and control panel features.

Planethoster is great. I've been through many hosting providers and these guys help with thing other providers would say 'it's your job to know how to do this-we only host it'. One guy stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours when I switched from a Magento site to a Wordpress site. He made sure everything was how it should be. 10/10 will recommend.

Awesome, awesome, awesome service! I can't recommend them enough. Whenever I am unsure of what to do technology-wise, I will live chat with an associate, and they are available 24/7! I have absolutely no complaints, and I can't remember the last time I said this about any company!

I always love a user friendly interfaces and easy to use applications. I mean I am an ordinary teacher I don't use the computer too much but I needed a personal CV webpage so I bought a hosting plan and I was able to install all the stuff by myself. Good service!
