I've been frustrated with hosting providers in the past, but my experience with Planethoster has been really good. Uptime and support have both been excellent. They actually respond to emails within a few minutes, which is something I've struggled to find with other providers. The price is reasonable too. Definitely recommended!

My experience with PlanetHoster has been very good so far. I'm not very technical, so I appreciate being able to ask questions and get clear answers without having to figure everything out myself. The support team responds quickly and helps me resolve problems when they come up. The plans also offer plenty of disk space and bandwidth for the price, which is a big plus for me. All in all, I'm happy with the service.

I’ve had a good experience with the service.
The uptime has been good, and my sites have been running reliably. I was also pleasantly surprised by the backup tools, since I wasn't expecting that when I signed up. The control panel has plenty of useful options and is fairly easy to use, even if you're not very experienced with hosting. Overall, I've had a good experience with the service.

Overall, I'm very happy with the service.
I am a new customer with Planethoster. I uploaded three websites and two databases. I had a couple of questions during the initial setup and received very quick and informative responses from their staff. The billing process is a little convoluted, but not a big deal. Just pay attention to what they are asking you to do.For what you get, the prices are fantastic. Lots of companies charge a lot more for a lot less. Definitely recommend them. I would rate their support 100%. Overall, I'm very happy with the service.
