We have worked with 7 or 8 hosting companies, with costs from lowest to highest, and no other company has given us the service Planethoster has. Quick response to chats, phone calls or support tickets when you need help. And they actually fix things! We are using the upgraded support for all sites. Have moved our sites and clients sites to Planethoster. Love this hosting company!!!

It's not dominated by the marketing department and their services are easy to use, clean, and not shouty. Planethoster's Help-desk is very good, and I need it less, because the site is well laid out.
