decent price!
I'm very pleased with the uptime, support, and decent price! What you can't do with the touch of a button, you can contact your wonderful staff with. I've been hosting with Profvds for five months now with one site and a few months with a second site. I also noticed some little interesting programs you have hosted on the site helping your users do the little extra perks with their sites. I just wanted to say thank you, and glad to be a customer of Profvds.

No complaints at all, very good.
For uptime I would give Profvds a highest rate, they have recently raised their prices on the larger packages. For the security of their servers I'd say my sites are in trusted hands. Some sites also do stuff like make you advertise them even if you pay or not listen to suggestions and never communicate or anything. Profvds service is amazing, I must say. You will not do wrong if you give them a try.

You will never go wrong with Profvds.
It has been taking care of my 2 websites and has been very reliable. The control panel is user-friendly; you don't need to be an expert to take control of your website. The uptime is guaranteed. It never gave me the headache with downtime problems, and the support team has been very helpful and easy to communicate with. They are apologetic when there were problems and they give fast solutions. You get what an effective web host for a price that's right.

The uptime is great.
I love the speed of the site, the uptime, the support when needed. Profvds EU vps hosting package prices also amazed me. I am also impressed with the features: useful tools, scripts installer, backups are wonderful especially. The uptime with them is great!

amazingly huge list of hosting solutions.
Immediately needed help in the transition, which was instantly provided by Profvds guys. They have great plans and lots of server features. The vps plans' capacity might not be amazingly huge, but it's reasonable and fair. I just wish every host I've deal with on a daily basis are as quick and professional as they are, alas many don't come even close... however, at least I know that my website hosting is secured for years to come!

The level of support is very professional.
A colleague suggested that I switch to ProfVDS from my previous host quite a while back. I put it off for ages thinking it was going to be a complicated and laborious task but after numerous issues with my previous host I decided to make the switch. I now wish I had listened to my colleague and done it sooner. The level of support and technical expertise provided by the team is second to none.

I'm extremely impressed with the technical support and uptime of ProfVDS e-commerce hosting service in Europe. Been with them for 3 months. I love how fast their servers are. The features have been great.
I'm happy with Profvds so far, support has been great and you offer far more features than any web hosting provider I have come across so far. Super nice and helpful customer service. FTP access has sometimes been a little bit spotty, which is why I could not give them a 100% score; it is sometimes intermittent, but nothing too large to open a complaint about.

Good one.
Speed is good, and the price isn't bad at all. It is really nice to be able to submit a support request and have someone receive it that can actually analyze the issue and correct it, vs. someone reading off of a scripted tree so to speak. Profvds vps host has handled every ticket quickly, and with the responses, you'd want from the very start.
