Unprofessional support. Unreliable services.
I had a reseller plan, i faced multiple poblems in the first few weeks. When I asked the support for help i got really unprofessional response, i beem told the issue is on my side (was clearly not). The next day i had almost 1 hour down time.
When made a complain they sent me the server status witch showed 100% uptime. That was not true. When I talked to the support before I left this company the last message was this :
"Ok dear, we sorry that our service doesn't suits you,
Happy with your new hosting provider 👍"
In short:
Unprofessional team, doesn't have a deep knowledge about hosting. Rude costumer service. Poor quality services. I do not sugges to no one to buy their services.
Company Response: Hello, you have sent 30000+ within an hour using your main domain. that is mass email campaign not allowed under the TOS.
Services Period: Past customer during October, 2021 - September, 2021
