Warning for Live Apps: 12-Hour Downtime
Today's 12-Hour downtime destroyed my active users and revenue. I run a live tracking application (lorrycare.com) with over 3,000 active users, hosted on QualiSpace. Today, my server suffered a catastrophic 12-hour total downtime window. For a real-time tracking utility, this completely paralyzed my platform. The financial and operational damage was immediate. In the first 4 hours after the server finally crawled back online, my user metrics plummeted to just 2 new sign-ups which averages to 40, and virtually zero searches—a volume that normally brings in over 700 searches. Worst of all, this single infrastructure failure resulted in a direct loss of over ₹2,000+ in revenue in just a fraction of a day. If you are running a business-critical application, a SaaS tool, or a live platform where uptime translates directly to income, be extremely careful before subscribing to their services. The lack of automated failover, zero offline support and slow recovery speeds make it unsafe for production apps.

Great customer service
Had purchased multiple domains at very cheap price. Faced 1 issue but that was resolved by customer support in a single call. Would definitely recommend and will continue to work with qualispace

Services are good and support teams is very helpful
After reading the reviews i was shocked as i have already bought a domain and hosting in their offer , but their team is good and professional as well , they helped me with basic queries as well . 4.5/5 is my rating for them :)

Worst place to host your website
Worst customer support you can ever get. If you are facing an issue you are on your own the. Sales or support team wont help you even a bit after purchase. They will remove any feature they want without even informing their clients.

Keeps Changing Policies
Worst hosting provider to have experienced ever. Totally unprofessional, will sell hosting committing with very good features & later won't give the said feature saying that their policies have changed.
Not recommended at all

sites down for 4 days
Hi,
my sites down for 4 days(75-2015 to 11-5-2015).
They are not properly managing backup so for any emergency your data will be lost and you keep them calling for backup and they give wrong answer that restoration is going on. I strongly not suggest.
