Fantastic support
I have been a customer for 15 years and in that timespan I have hosted several websites for several companies with them. I had to rely on their support for many times for questions and sometimes for things we messed up. Each and every time I was impressed by the efficiency of their support.

spiteful and arrogant lost so much time because of these people
i ve had multiple problem with their hosting after 10 years i decided to leave ; but they couldnt let me go easy they had to block my domain renewal so now someone else drop catch the domain as it was expiring. i seriously have spend weeks trying to solve
