Scam razorhost
It is a scam. I purchased business hosting there for six month and run ecommerce website. Just after one month of activation website stopped working. I messaged many times through raising tickets but no one replied. Later in mid night website got active but surprisingly everything was vanished means completely blank. My data files folder mysql server everything was zero. 😭😭😭 I thought to file case under consumer forum yet I'm trying to fetch it's communication address so that summon could be served. Its not registered company. Beware from such harami log.

I agree with khan kaif. they are doing scam. DONT BOOK any service in Razohost.in. They are just got your money and escape. they are not even responding dont book any domain there is no options for move your domain. server is very poor .my website is not working for last 2 days. its frequently down . they dont have live chat customer support. they will only reply your first query after they dont care. So Be CAREFULL…

I just bought the hosting few days before . their server has been crashed all my data was gone . all websites hosted with them was gone . they are not even responding to the calls and no response from whatsapp chat . they are not informing anything . at first i thought it will be nice and i attracted towards cheap plans . but even that little money was wasted for me now . so go only for those hosting with better support and safeguarding all your data.dont ever consider this hosting for cheap money go with others

Poor Support and worst service
Poor performance server. Websites goes down frequently. And from last 6 days all my websites are gone. My customers are in worried situation. But no one is seeing concern in razor host. I have received in a email 3 days ago that server will be up shortly. But no one is picking the phone or replying test and whatsapp. Never have any service from razorhost.

We lost our customers data because of their server maintenance. Its not safe to have your websites with them. They simply say because of hard or caterstophic failurethey lost data. They dont even respond.
