Bad service not responding
Really bad service I paid 2 times for one plan I have created tickets but i didn't get any response my site getting crashed for mnay time i have business plan but its not working i have try to connect with them but i didn't get any response Do not use

Horrible service
Horrible service. The server is always down. Fraud company.Not giving what they promise Only cares about initial payment and then site is always down. If any one serious about website do not take their service. No Service or support, No Answer for support ticket, whatsapp or calls

Useless Web Hosting service. They don't provide support on WhatsApp/Support Ticket. The server is very unstable and my websites have been down for the last 2 weeks.

worst hosting in this whole world
I just bought the hosting few days before . their server has been crashed all my data was gone . all websites hosted with them was gone . they are not even responding to the calls and no response from whatsapp chat . they are not informing anything . at first i thought it will be nice and i attracted towards cheap plans . but even that little money was wasted for me now . so go only for those hosting with better support and safeguarding all your data.dont ever consider this hosting for cheap money go with others

Poor Support and worst service
Poor performance server. Websites goes down frequently. And from last 6 days all my websites are gone. My customers are in worried situation. But no one is seeing concern in razor host. I have received in a email 3 days ago that server will be up shortly. But no one is picking the phone or replying test and whatsapp. Never have any service from razorhost.

We lost our customers data because of their server maintenance. Its not safe to have your websites with them. They simply say because of hard or caterstophic failurethey lost data. They dont even respond.
