Unable to install plugins, I have to copy the zip file and paste in cpanel to install a plugin. I opened a ticket 5 days ago, but no responce till now. Just a fraud company no response name server is fake it never propagate using hetztner VPS and selling the service as a hosting provider . Goint to put chargeback on the payment , Just a fraud company no contact detail no point of contact

Scam razorhost
It is a scam. I purchased business hosting there for six month and run ecommerce website. Just after one month of activation website stopped working. I messaged many times through raising tickets but no one replied. Later in mid night website got active but surprisingly everything was vanished means completely blank. My data files folder mysql server everything was zero. 😭😭😭 I thought to file case under consumer forum yet I'm trying to fetch it's communication address so that summon could be served. Its not registered company. Beware from such harami log.
