I have been using redprohost for years now and they have wonderful customer service. Just yesterday i realized i forgot to renew my domain last month. I've had that domain for 4 years, and it was unavailable, which upset me. But I talked to customer service, and their technical team was able to get it back for me since it was not that long. I am so grateful.
