Mixed Experience, but Issue Eventually Resolved
At first time my experience with red pro host was confusing because it was not clear how to control anything directly without being pushed into third-party services. It was also hard for me at first to ask for a refund and a domain transfer code, and the first time I did it didn't properly answer my question.
But after I called back later and spoke with another support person, both the remaining refund and the domain transfer code were finally taken care of. Everything worked out in the end, even though it took more than one try to get there.
