Abuse Domain
Beware about this company, they suspend and abuse domain from another company and put owner domains to be them customer.
They suspend 2 time the domain and they never give a response they force me to be them customer so they can give me an response.

Don't trust ResellerClub
They offer various services and have relevantly low prices, however, they have one of the worst technical support on the market.
It takes weeks in order to receive a simple answer from them.

Very bad company
Very bad hosting company, they sell products at low cost on bigrock website while at resellerclub they sell for high cost.Customer support is worst, you need to wait more than 8 hours to get a reply on your support ticket.

ResellerClub sucks
my host registered my domain name with them but it was
suspended 5 months after paying $30+ for 1 year,
it remains suspended 3 months later despite all efforts to have it released. ICANN complaint was also filed against them.

Issues with technical support
I have been with ResellerClub for many years, with 20 000+ USD turnover.
I am satisfied with the pricing and quality of the products. But they have one of the worst technical support on the market. They answer tickets each 2-3 days.

Customer Service and Technical Support DO NOT EXIST
I have been a customer for many years but the last 12 months I had many issues:
Website downtime, Emails disappeared from our webmail email accounts (a server issue), PHP issues
I opened a ticket 5 hours ago without any reply. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!

Only reseller hosting I've had problems setting up. Have 2 domains I get daily emails of suspended Bc the link the send to verify doesn't resolve. Emailed support literally 27 times with zero response. Can I contact anyone higher such as icann?

Resellerclub sucks
Poor service, server gets down every once in few weeks and then customer support also double standard they only care about new customers once they got the customer and charge the credit card after that your not priority anymore.

Worst Hosts, STUPID Support, USELESS SUPERBISOR AND TECH ADMIN
One of the worst Web Host indian company found online. They will grabber you with offer and then you will see the whats the company is.
They have permission to change your site files. They don't know about .htaccess file, THEY TROUBLESHOOT WITH .HTACCESS
